WEEKS FISHING

Well what can we say this has certainly been a week of Thrills and Spills. Yes the Blue Marlin are definitely still hear.
DORADO - Marlin up every day and Wednesday on a shared charter between Ron Chaffe from England and Joe Turner from Wales- Ron was the lucky one and had his dream come true with an exciting Play of BLUE MARLIN estimated 270 kilos / 620 lbs which he successfully played to Tag & Release.
Congratulations from staff & Crew.
On Saturday Anders Ronnback and his friend Borje Nilsson from Sweden On their 9am to 6pm Charter successfully landed a Wahoo of 28 kilos / 63 lbs also they experienced the excitement of 2 Blue Marlin strikes.
LAST WEEKS FISHING - MARLIN & TUNA
Monday 19th September 2005
Well the boats have had a good weeks fishing.
CAVALIER on Tuesday had 2 nice Albacore Tuna.
DORADO on Thursday and Saturday had Blue Marlin
The Marlin on Thursday was 100 kilos / 240 lbs and was played by PORCELIUS SERGE from CHENEE BELGUIM. Well done to crew & Angler.
The Marlin on Saturday unfortunately due to tail wrapping by the line the Blue Marlin died. The fish weighed 270 kilos / 603 lbs and due to the fight being more difficult with a dead fish on the line the Blue Marlin was played valiantly by 2 Anglers George Periamou from London England and Reinisch Josef from Checz Republic. Well done to Crew and both Anglers.
Along with the bog fish during this week Bonitos and small Dorados have been caught.
