Nice Rays this week

This week on board the Dorado has seen some nice rays being caught and released. Also Sierra Tuna, Breakers and a variety of other eadible fish.
I have uploaded some of the photos from this weeks catches so check out the photo gallery.
A special well done to the following :-
Daniel Nietfeld from Germany on his 2 Rays 30and 20 kilos
Heidi Brekke from Norway who did not let the side down for the Ladies with her 45kilos Ray
Linn Golden also from Norway who held the side up for the ladies with her 35kilos Ray
Finland had a play with Simo Pihlajaviita with a whopper of a ray 50kilos
Lasse Schmidt from denmark with a Sierra Tuna.
Today Dorado has a charter also tomorrow so I will update on the fishing on Moday.
Well done to all anglers this week even those who I have not mentioned .
A good 2 weeks fishing

The last 2 weeks has seen some good fishing by both boats.
Rays, Angelshark, Tope, Sea breams, Cabrillas, Amberjack and Sierra Tuna have been the main catches.
Three of the of rays from the last 2 weeks have been 50kilos/110lbs and 2 at 80kilos/160lbs. the other rays have ranged from 25/40kilos- 50/90lbs so some nice fishing with these on board the Dorado. Sierra Tuna have given some light tackle action along with the cabrillas, Bream etc.

February Fishing Update

February saw another Good month for the bottom fishing on the boat.
We have still been catching some good size Rays, monkfish (angelshark), Barracuda , bream and from the surface rods some good size Sierras.
I would Like to take this opportunity to Thank John Clothier, Nathan Clothier and friend Bernie for chartering the Dorado on the 20th February and I am pleased that you enjoyed your charter jigging for the amberjack.
Nice weeks fishing

Although we have experienced some winds this week we have produced some nice fishing.
Dorado has produced some good fishing with rays of 50kilos/110lbs, 75kilos/160lbs and 80kilos/160lbs and a few smaller ones also some excellent catches of Sierra Tuna with as many as 7/8 some days Also they have had Angelshark and some good sized Barracudas and a combination of smaller eadible fish such as bream.
