Birthday present for Claire

Over tha last couple of Days we have had a Good Variety of Fish and Rays including a rare sight of Trigger fish which fell to the rod of Pat Lucas from Bangor County Down.Nice one Pat!
The Heath Family from Redditch Area giving Birthday Girl Claire the fishing trip she always wanted,landed several species of Ray, Bull eagle, Sting and Blonde. They thoroughly enjoyed their day out with us, Thank you for your custom, see you next Year. Do Enjoy the island sightseeing trip you have planned.
German Angler Thomas Jantzen also got into the action with Sting Rays best 30 kilos /60lbs+.

Wahoo
 Monday 28th September 2009
Welcome Back Pierre on board the Dorado to complete as you call it the DORADO DREAM TEAM. Pierre fished with us earlier in the year and caught 2 Blue Marlin and a Spearfish so he returned although late in the season for the Big Game fish to see if he could add to his tally. Well Pierre we are sorry that the Blue Marlin where not about BUT all was not lost with a nice catch of Wahoo and Bonito. Thank you for fishing with us and we look forward to your visit next Year and good Luck with the fishing shows that you do in Luxembourg during the winter months. That should keep you occupied until you can return to fish with your Dream Team!

Butterfly Ray - Peter Zahn from Germany

Another nice days fishing on board the Dorado today and as you will see Peter Zahn was pleased in catching and releasing this Butterfly Ray and the other Rays he caught. Husband and wife Team Ronnie and John Cowings also had nice catches of Rays well done - who will have the biggest one on your trip next week! Along with the Rays caught today a nice combination of smaller eadible fish were caught such as Cabrillas and Bream. Well done to all anglers on the boat.

DORADO- Nice Catch Today by all Anglers

Nice Days fishing for the Anglers on board the Dorado Today everyone had a nice size Ray with the biggest one being attributed to Steve Jennings from Bathgate Scotland around the 60lbs weight along with 2 bigger Rays being lost in the battle - bad luck for the Anglers especially Rudiger Schiffer from Germany.
Lynn Howe and Keith Hall from Durham enjoyed the play of their Rays with Lynn outfishing Keith ( Well done Lynn keeping the side up for the Ladies)
Scottish Couple Shona Anderson and Stuart Geddes had some good action with their Rays and a Turtle.
Welsh Angler from Cardiff Lee Lewis also had some good Ray Action.

Happy Clients- Rays and Sierra´s

Today Dorado Clients enjoyed their days fishing for the Rays etc. Pat Lucas and her Husband who fished on light line from Bangor County Down enjoyed the sport of their Ray Catches. Linas Lopeta and girlfriend Audza Polubinskiene originally from Lithuania but now residing in Dublin had some fun with thier rays and Sierra Tuna with Audza having the biggest Catch of the day with a 40kilos/80lbs Ray.
Herbert Kropf from Germany also had a nice Blonde Ray.

Bonito Tuna
 Monday 21st September 2009
Although Dorado was trolling Friday and Saturday for their clients unfortunately no Big fish where caught and bad luck for the client who lost the Wahoo very close to the Boat.
Today Saw Dorado bottom fishing with the Clients and with the Rays which where Released we had a nice catch of Bonito Tuna and also had Wahoo swimming around the Boat.
A good day out was enjoyed by all on board.
Tomorrow is another Day so lets see if we can get those Giant Rays.

DORADO- HAPPY CLIENTS.

Today was enjoyed by all clients on board The Dorado as they experienced the bottom fishing for Rays which ranged from 20kilos/40lbs to 50kilos/100lbs. Mr O´Keeffe from Eire on his 2nd trip with us battled to raise his whopper of a Ray unfortunately only to loose it Bad Luck! Honeymooner Kath from Nothampton England was pleased with her Bonito Tuna and is coming back next week to show new Husband Paul that she can catch a fish bigger than he can.

There have been reports of Blue Marlin and also Tuna showing over the last few days So who knows maybe we will try a days trolling before the week is out.

Amberjack, Rays etc.

Monday Saw Dorado Speed jugging for the Amberjack with Charter Client Ernest Garcia from Gibralter. Thank you for your Custom Ernest.
Tuesday and wednesday we have bottom fished with our clients that is trolling to the Anchor point for the wahoo of which we infortunately lost one today. At Anchor we have had a variety of Rays, Turtles of which along with the rays are released. Also a nice variety of smaller eadible fish.

DORADO - Wahoo
 Friday 11th September 2009
Although this week has proved slow with regards to the Blue Marlin after last weeks excitement of Raising 8 Blue Marlin and catching 3. Wahoo has seemed to be the flavour of this weeks fishing along with some bonito Tuna, Hammerhead Sharks have been sighted most days by the crew.
CONGRATULATIONS goes today to Francnco Chinchillas from Albacete Spain and his son on the catch of the Wahoos. CHECK OUT PHOTO GALLERY FOR TODAYS WAHOO CATCHES
There are still Blue Marlin in the waters but due to the dwindling numbers we have decided to Bottom fish for our clients this coming week for the Giant Rays.

DORADO - Wahoo - Dutch Anglers

Wahoo today for Dorado and our Dutch Clients were happy with their catch. PHOTOS on the photo gallery check them out. Thank you Ton , Dirk and friends for once again fishing with the Dorado always a pleasure to see you.
Also over the Last 2 days Hammerhead Sharks have shown along with plenty of bonito tuna although they are small in size.
